Window Lights

Just a part of the adventure story that isn't quite a story yet. The two boys talked all night and now dawn is breaking. The lights in the houses slowly start to light up and the sky is brightening.

There is so much to say about this drawing and I'm so glad I didn't keep trying to add more and more things. I first started drawing this late june/early july. I finished last wednesday. (Nov 27) I worked on it slowly bit by bit by bit, with most of the work done during my breaks at camp, and after camp during the summer. When school started I worked on this along with all my other peices. I threw a party in my head when this was finished. My drawing style has since changed and I redrew the eyes last week for the brown-haired boy.

I started drawing the bg because I was inspired by a bunch of super super detailed BG's on tumblr. I debating for a long time while drafting and linearting weather to watercolor color it oir go all-out hard coloring (Which is why it took a gajillion years) The deciding factor was drawing goats, which I used the same style to draw the title page for. (Even those clouds that don't have shadows is part of the style)

The color is decided because on the last week at camp I started watching Soul Eater and the first opening looked so cool, so I colored the while thing in night mode. The blue-haired character is one I invented at camp, one can spot him in some of my doodles . I love adventure stories so I make my characters look equiped for battle and quests.

finally at the end I decided to add my trademark lights (which a ton of people use but I tend to abuse) But I didn't go cray cray all out. they look like fireflies.

Drawing this whole thing was such an adventure and took the longest out of all my drawings lololol. It is a bit scary thinking I am actually going to post this now, actually idk if I will post this! Probably now, it needs more work

I hope you guys all really really enjoy it because there is an insane amount of detail on here, which I feel is the best part.

Ahh, before I post this I am going to study biology.
